| Job Description: | About company: • One of the world’s top 10 Agro-chemical companies Job title: Plant In-charge / Plant Supervisor Position reports to: Department Head Industry : Agro-chemical or Chemical Job location: Vadodara, Gujarat Educational qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Production) or Diploma in Engineering with relevant work experience Work experience: • Around 10 years to 15 years of relevant work experience with Agro-chemical / Chemical industry; out of which at least last 4 to 5 years as Plant Supervisor or Plant In-charge • Should have excellent Communication Skill & Analytical skills • Good MS Office (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) & SAP Knowledge KRAs: 1) Supervise and execute daily production activity as per micro plan and check make shift wise production. If production is not achieved as per plant capacity due to break down generate SAP notification and inform to plant in charge/seniors. 2) To resolve breakdown in minimum time, inform seniors, make alternate arrangements, and coordinate with Engg. Team and resolve issue and to do CAPA with Engg. Team. 3) Discuss with seniors and QA person, isolate failure batch, do RCA and CAPA with QA person and submit report. 4) To be done shift wise SFG and FG entry in SAP. Also done reservation of RM/PM in shift if any. 5) Monitor batch time cycle of bottleneck stages, make action plans and discuss with seniors. 6) To plan for rework in go down as per requirement, like labelling, sealing, attending leakage. 7)Take plant rounds continuously time to time in shift and check that plant supervisor/officer filled entry in plant checklist/documents and maintain process parameters as per recipe/log sheet. If any deviation observed, then inform to plant in charge and correct it. • Ensure on time in process and total analysis samples and timely received results for SFG and FG, for any deviation resolve the problem. • To check log sheets and trend data from PLC system and discuss with officer/supervisor related issues regarding batch failure and to execute reprocessing instructions received from R&D. • To be done RCA of any failure or abnormality. • To ensure best quality products are produced without any batch failure. • To execute monthly plan issued by HOD. • Distribute manpower as per requirement. CTC: Rs 7.00 lpa to Rs 8.50 lpa (depends on current CTC, qualification & relevant work experience) |
