| Job Description: | About company: • One of the world’s top 10 Agro-chemical companies Job title: Shift In-charge / Shift Supervisor Number of positions: 04 Position reports to: Plant In-charge Industry : Agro-chemical or Chemical Job location: Vadodara, Gujarat Educational qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Production) or Diploma in Engineering with relevant work experience Work experience: • Around 6 years to 12 years of relevant work experience with Agro-chemical / Chemical industry; out of which at least last 2 to 4years as Shift Supervisor or Shift In-charge • Should have excellent Communication Skill & Analytical skills • Good MS Office (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) & SAP Knowledge KRAs: 1) Supervise and execute daily production activity as per micro plan and check make shift wise production. If production is not achieved as per plant capacity due to break down generate SAP notification and inform to plant in charge/seniors. 2) To resolve breakdown in minimum time, inform seniors, make alternate arrangements, and coordinate with Engineering Team and resolve issue and to do CAPA with Engineering Team. 3)To ensure working in line as per defined operational control and run process as per log sheet, standard operation procedure (SOP) and work instruction (WI) and record data in log sheet. 4) To minimize change over time, perform decontamination of equipment as per procedure. 5)To take RM and PM stock and inform to plant in charge for reservation of RM and PM. 6) To control and reduce wastage during performing operation activities. 7) Handover the charge of shift to the next shift supervisor/officer, communicate plant status to plant shift in charge/plant in charge at every shift end and production figure communication to plant in charge in order to ensure smooth operations with optimum efficiency. • To awareness of quality policy and quality objective. • To be done online FG inspection. • To collect QC result from Lab, inform QC person for FG sampling and arrange labor during sampling. • To be done RCA of any failure or abnormality. • To ensure best quality products are produced without any batch failure. • To execute monthly plan issued by Plant In Charge & HOD. • Distribute manpower as per requirement. To manage manpower and ensure efficient work from them. CTC: Rs 3.50 lpa to Rs 4.50 lpa (depends on current CTC, qualification & relevant work experience) |
