| Job Description: | About company: - Leading Engineering Manufacturing Company Job title: Shop Floor Supervisor Job location: Por GIDC, Vadodara Educational qualification: Any graduate or Diploma in Engineering with relevant work experience Work experience: - Around 2 to 5 years of experience on the shop floor of any transformer industry, preferably engineer any discipline. - Ability to manage 2 to 3 people. Will have to work extended hours as required or rather as job demands - Excellent verbal, written skills in English, Gujarati and Hindi language - Leadership skills to manage all the production schedule and provide timely correct output. - Suggest innovative practices to optimize operations. - Able to support sales team from costing and technical purpose.
