Tech (Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electronics Engineering with relevant work experience) or Diploma in Electrical Engineer or Instrumentation & Control Engineering Work experience: • Around 3 years to 7 years of relevant work experience of Electrical Project Commissioning with PLC, SCADA Configuration, Programming and Troubleshooting in STEP7 for S7-300/400 and TIA for S71200/1500 • Should have experience of simulation for new PLC program and debug in-house • Experience in PLC Software Programming preferably in the Siemens S7-300/400 and TIA Portal, TIA portal is a plus • Should have knowledge of electrical schematic and frequency converter, Siemens, Danfoss 6 Basic knowledge of the working of filler, pasteurizer, bottle washer, conveyors, palletizers and de-palletizers • Experience with food processing or Brewery Packging would be added advantage • IT Skills: MS Excel. MS Project, Autocad / SolidEdge, PowerPoint and Visio KRAs: • PLC, SCADA: Configuration, Programming and Troubleshooting in STEP7 for S7-300/400 and TIA for S71200/1500 • Simulation for new PLC program and debug in-house. • Commissioning of the machines in house, function testing and site service • To carry out health and maintenance audit of existing lines from time to time; Preventive Maintenance Schedules • Providing after sales service, support, troubleshooting to all existing brewery packaging lines of in India whenever any complaint or issue is raised • Managing operation and maintenance of machines in reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment. • To keep in touch with customers and visiting all sites where machines have been installed from time to time. Receiving and Making courtesy and after ales calls to customers following the recent installations, guarantee/warranty callouts. • Responsible for technical documentation, Inspection reports for the information flow to and from the Engineering Department at Head Quarters (HQ). To be the single point of contact for all communications related to after sales between the customers and HQ team • Maintaining of Enquiry log and being responsible of closing of any issue that has been raised by customer. • Reporting Non-Conformance work, arranging solution, ensuring completion and record. In addition, liaise with the Installation Manager to arrange - implement a long-term solution to minimize re-occurrence. • Imparting training to the client in operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of the equipment. • Any other duties as reasonably required or assigned by management. • Planning and organizing cost effective work schedules.
