Job Description: | About company: • Leading Financial Services Provider company, having offices, channel partners throughout India • More than 1000 employees all over India Job title: Training Content manager Job location: Rajkot, Gujarat Educational qualification: Any graduate with relevant work experience Work experience: • Around 3 years to 6 years of relevant work experience of preparing training contents preferably with BFSI or similar industry • Must be creating and possess an art of storytelling Skills required: • Good inter-personal skills • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel.MS PowerPoint, MS word, and other platforms • Ability to meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Thorough understanding of business model • Proofreading and editing abilities • Data gathering and analysis • Planning and organizing KRAs: • Interact with all product head to implement all new developments in training content • Create and maintain content for training of various systems/products • Ensure timely delivery of content as per requirement while adhering to strict quality standards • Submit work to system owners and product managers for input and approval • Work closely with System owners and product managers to identify and prepare content of new developments • Must be able to prepare content in a creative manner to make it more interesting and understanding CTC: Rs 3.60 lpa to Rs 5.0 lpa (depends on current CTC, qualification & relevant work experience) |
