Job Description: | About company: - Leading Accounting, Audit & Consultancy firm in Middle East, having back office at Vadodara Job title: Customer Service Executive / Tele-caller executive Educational qualification: Any graduate Work experience: - Around 0 years (fresher) to 3 years of relevant work experience as Customer Service Executive / Tele-caller - Should have good English communication skills CTC: Rs 1.20 lpa to Rs 2.20 lpa Office time: 9.0 am to 6.0 pm IST (Weekly off - Friday) The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work |
