Candidate will report to Senior Vice President for Business Development Department and will also closely work with key management people in the company. The key duties of this profile will include business account management, drive business-to-business segment sales growth, prepare and execute strategic plans to achieve growth prospects for business associates Job responsibilities: • Business, Marketing & Operational supports to all AP’s under his cluster • Overall Growth in revenue with addition of Broking segments • Minimum one new addition of AP’s in existing location or new locations p.m. • Daily visit to minimum three AP’s/SB’s for overall support for business, marketing and operations • Knowledge enhancement of AP’s and his/her employees and to ensure NISM certification as per need • Ensure compliance adherence of AP’s as per compliance guide lines • Conduct seminars and IPA with exchanges and with our Research team to enhance knowledge for market • Support in Acquisitions of New clients and increase in traded clients • Promote TPD products through AP channel • Single point contact for all B2B under his/her cluster CTC: Rs 3.60 lpa to Rs 4.80 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification) |
