Work experience:
• Around 4 years to 7 years of work experience in Sales and Distribution of Third Party Distribution (TPD) products, preferably mutual funds
Job profile:
• As the designation suggests the ideal candidate will be leading the diverse financial products distribution team and would play a vital role in mentoring, training, driving sales through branches and channel partners. The candidate will be closely working in consultation with the management in driving product enhancements, operational processes for the objective of superior trading and investing services to the clients and end-users.

Job responsibilities:
• To Manage Sales and Distribution of Third Party Distribution (TPD) products in state of Gujarat and Mumbai
• Manage and leverage branches, channel partner network for sales and distribution of distribution products mainly for Mutual funds, IPO's, OFS, NPS, Insurance, bonds etc.
• Empowering team members and channel partners with product knowledge and offerings from mutual funds, insurance, bonds, NPS, etc
• Provide financial & Investment advice to employees and channels partners
• Maintain healthy business relations with Retail & National Distributors to ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional client services
• Streamline operations and ensure satisfactory services for all distribution products to our channel partners and customers
Accountability:
• Supportive Role in adding New business partners / channel partners
• Organize various sales promotional and investor awareness program with Asset Management Companies
• Ensuring smooth functioning of all the service related queries of internal and external stakeholders (employees and clients)
• Achieve penetration in Gujarat and Mumbai region for TPD products through existing and new channels.

CTC: Rs 5.0 lpa to Rs 6.0 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
