Job Description: | About company: - Leading Engineering Company - More than 50 years old company, having business operations in India & Europe Job title: Dy Manager, Purchase Job location: Vadodara Educationa qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Professional work experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 Years in the field of Purchase Department for Mechanical & Electrical, Instrumentation spares, consumables & Packing material preferably working with Baroda and surrounding market. Worked with company having more than 200 Crores Turnover preferably worked with Baroda & nearby Baroda. Job Profile: o To involve in the meeting with suppliers for Development of Parts, spares, Packing Material, Consumables etc.. o Experience in sourcing, identification of new suppliers and supplier assessment. o Experience in localization process. o Negotiation with the supplier at different level and cost reduction process. o Systematic Problem solving abilities and approach. o Experience in Cost estimation process. o Good level of coordination and communication with inter departments o Resolve the issues related to price, quality and production for handed over parts. o Responsible for Bailout activity with the existing suppliers. o Purchase of consumables, Capex and other operating services o Monitor all ISO related activities and with suppliers/Team. CTC: Rs 7.50 lpa to Rs 10.0 lpa (dependes on current CTC, qualification & work experience) |
Key Skills: | Technical: Knowledge on Purchase process. Knowledge on basic tax structure. Negotiation Costing / Cost Estimation. Supplier Assessment. Problem Solving Techniques. Computer Literate and worked with Purchase Module and fully conversant in MS office, ISO procedure, Documentation Behavioral: Communication Sense of urgency Convincing and Influencing |
