The candidate is expected to work independently and should be passionate in study organization’s operational processes and transform it in ideal processes to derive maximum output, assist in managerial decision making. Project manager will be a part of various operational, research, sales, and training related projects and would have an opportunity to interact with various internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will report to the Director and work in coordination with the Chief Operations Officer Job Responsibilities: ? lead transformative projects in various capacities ? Define scope, budget and schedules for projects ? Develop and implement project management procedures, work breakdown structure, and methodologies to achieve business goals ? Conduct project status meeting with relevant stakeholders ? Track, monitor and control projects tasks timelines and budget ? Direct, manage and motivate the project team ? Communicate clearly on project updates and timelines within the team members and also various other stakeholders ? Apply quality management principles and processes and highlight risk factors associated with the processes KRAs: ? Ability to think critically and provide insight for improvisations for various processes ? Communicate with internal and external partners on progress and receive feedback and update ? Address questions and concerns of project team, top management and other stakeholders in a professional manner ? Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects ? Creating awareness and importance of project management and its tools within the company to achieve maximum output from allocated resources ? Assist in managerial decision making for various processes ? Ability to review contracts and negotiate with the third-party vendors ? Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate and influence across the organization ? Contributes to the flow of communication within the team, by actively participating in team meetings |
