Educational Qualification: Masters in Finance or Mathematics or Economics or Statistics or Information Management, and Bachelors in Computer Science or Electronics & Communications CTC – Rs 5.0 lpa to Rs 6.0 lpa Job Profile: Looking for a passionate data analyst to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Candidate will be part of an emerging initiative in the organization, leading business intelligence and will conduct full lifecycle activities to include data requirements analysis and design, develop reporting and analyses capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Job Responsibilities: ? Interpret data, analyze the results using statistical techniques and prepare dynamic MIS reports • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems • Expertise in programming languages such as C. C++. SQL, HTML, Python, etc. • Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs • Ability to use statistical knowledge base and experience by using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc) • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings KRAs: ? Study and research financial data, product segmentation and market data to support strategic decision making and business planning in collaboration with the strategy team and the leadership. • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex business related data sets • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) • Effectively play a role of liaison between IT department, business processes, operations and leadership team |
