Job Profile:
Business Analyst to be a bridge between business and technology requirements. The candidate will be part of a new initiative in the organization, leading business intelligence and will conduct full lifecycle activities to include data requirements analysis and design, develop reporting and analysis capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
? Determine operational objectives by understanding current business processes, gathering and evaluating information and conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issue
? Work closely with management team to prioritize business processes projects and information needs
? Gathering and documenting critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
? Interpret and evaluate research data and develop integrated business analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
? Stay up-to-date on the latest business processes tools and techniques to optimize and modernize system processes

KRAs:
? Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments
? Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of business process projects
? Construct workflow charts, data models, and diagrams; studying system capabilities
? Writing specifications on business processes using working guidelines or instructions, use case scenarios
? Effectively communicating the insights and plans for cross functional teams, departments and management
? Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
? Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends on business processes
? Effectively play a role of liaison between key stakeholders and service users
