Stringent QA/QC; endurance testing of every component/ product ? Improvement & Implementation of SOP ? Actions to improve customer satisfaction ? Implementation of TQM/ Six Sigma/ Lean Management ? Implementation of 5S ? Continuous vendor evaluation Quality side ? Laboratory up gradation to International standards ? Right first time initiative start -Achieve RFT for all corporate orders ?
