Job Description: | About company: • India’s leading Health Care Insurance Company Job title: Agency Manager Job location: Ahmedabad, Vadodara & Surat Number of positions: 06 Educational qualification: Any with relevant work experience Work experience: • Around 2 years to 4 years of work experience as Agency Manager with any insurance (Life / General / Health) company • Experience of having built a successful territory from scratch would be an added advantage. • Candidate needs excellent communication skills, perseverance, adaptability, goal orientation and willingness to learn Job profile: • Responsible for delivering the target GPW numbers of an assigned territory through building a robust, effective and de-risked agency channel. • Recruitment of new agents, in accordance with laid down regulations regarding agent recruitment • Activation of non-active agents • Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements • Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure • Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company • Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long term connect between the agents and the company. • Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organisation • Performance screening of all agents allotted and taking appropriate action as may be required from time to time CTC: Rs 2.50 lpa to Rs 3.25 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience) + Traveling Allowance + Incentives |
