| Job Description: | About company: Leading Immigration, Citizenship & Visa Counselling Company, having its head office at Dubai Job title: Branch Manager / Team Leader Number of requirements: 1 Job locations: Vadodara Educational qualification: Any graduate with relevant work experience Work experience: - Around 5 years to 15 years of relevant work experience in as Team Leader or Branch Manager or Sales Manager with Visa / immigration company - Aggressive, target oriented - Should have good communication & leadership skills - • Excellent written and verbal communications Hindi and English – ability to interface with all levels of the organization • Previous experience in Citizenship and Immigration is a must • Sharp business acumen coupled with excellent organization and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a client facing role, fielding phone calls and managing client appointment • Knowledge in Caribbean, Europe, Canada, United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand programs; • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to multitask • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite • Ability to contribute to a great work environment Job Description: • Responsible for a portfolio of prospective clients and intermediaries through ongoing monitoring; • Advising clients on residency and citizenship options, as well as to give legal advice to members of the sales team; • Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members; • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals; • Weekly reporting to the management on the status of projects, opportunities, campaigns and engagements; • Liaise with Senior Management and Marketing to measure campaign performance to ensure the desired lead generation in upcoming events; • Maintaining an avid knowledge on programs and any other products which may be attractive to the company; • Discuss with the team the new programs and policies for citizenship and residency; • Point of contact of the sales team for local agents, referral agents and client application follow up; CTC: One of the best in the logistic industry (depends on current CTC, education qualification & relevant work experience) |
