| tion: | About company: - Fortune 500 Agro-chemical Manufacturing MNC Job title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Number of requirements: 01 Job location: Vadodara, Gujarat Educational qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant work experience Age : Around 25 years to 32 years old Work experience: - Around 4 years to 7 years of relevant work experience in Mechanical Maintenance with Agro-chemical / Chemical / Pharma & Healthcare/ Similar industry - Working experience with SAP / ERP would be added advantage - Knowledge / Experience of AutoCAD would be preferred - Aggressive, Responsible, Intelligent & Quick Learner Job profile: • Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults • Diagnose breakdown problems. • Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly • Carry out quality inspections on jobs • Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues • Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment • Monitor and control maintenance costs • Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs • Improve health and safety policies and procedures • Can work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines. • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts. • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. CTC: Rs 3.50 lpa to Rs 5.0 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification) |
