Age : Around 25 years to 30 years old

Work experience:
- Around 4 years to 8 years of work experience as Sales Engineer with B2B Sales experience with PLC & DCS Control System, AC VFD’s, Electrical & Automation products.
- Aggressive, Responsible, Intelligent & Quick Learner

Job profile:

• Person should have sales experience with South Gujarat OEM; Epcs & End Customers Will Share the Control Systems to Target Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Dahej & Adjacent Industrial Region.
• Exposure to SIEMENS/ Rockwell/ Abb/ Honeywell / Emerson Control Systems 4-5 Years with Similar Products.
• Good knowledge of automation product (Rockwell knowledge will be preferably)
• Good Product presentation /Strategic Prospecting Skills
• Regular Track on own Leads and opportunities
• Able to Prepare Technical proposal / BOM Work with product and sales teams to interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions with the end-goal of sales in mind.
• Provide answers to client questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product.
• Work closely with the customer to set up and maintain a successful demo period, being available to answer questions and trouble-shoot as needed.
• Be able to think critically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings or other client benefits
• Provide clear and accurate responses for RFQs and/or contribute technical solutions directly to proposals
• Willingness to travel long hours to fulfill Sales & Marketing Requirement.
• Responsible for new business development of INR. 5 Cr. per year.
• Responsible for increasing sales by 15% during the first year.
• Maintaining record sales and order information of assigned APR

CTC: Rs 4.00 lpa to Rs 5.00 lpa
